Refund policy

MEAKI accepts returns, exchanges, or refunds only when products are returned in their original packaging and condition within 30 days of purchase. Products that have been opened, used, or returned damaged will not qualify for a refund.

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns.

Damages and Issues

Please examine your order immediately upon delivery and contact us at support@meaki.au if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can assess the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not accepted for sale items or gift cards. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted if the product has been used.

Refund Process

We will inform you after receiving and inspecting your return whether your refund request has been approved. Approved refunds will be automatically processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund transaction.

Store credit will be provided for any change of mind before an order ships. Please select your items carefully before completing your purchase.
